Travel with Aubry from Finding Beauty and Truth to Las Vegas

January 09, 2015

A weekend in Las Vegas is all you need--warmer temperatures and lots of really great food. Today, I'm sharing two of my favorite spots to grab a great plate of grub.

Eat. is at the top of my Vegas list. It's a local hot-spot for delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch. Each menu item is made with fresh ingredients from local sources--a quality meal is exactly what you're going to get. My favorite menu items: huevos motulenos, the veggie burger (pictured) and an order of beignets.

The Park on Fremont can't be missed. On the corner of historic Fremont Street and Las Vegas Blvd, this gastropub is known for making a mean BBQ burger (pictured). It's dressed with a smoked hickory sauce, a fried onion ring, and a slice of bacon. And to to top it off, the burger comes with sweet potato tots on the side.

Thank you Aubry! I am a frequent visitor of Las Vegas and in my mind I'm always looking for new places to eat and visit. Make sure and visit Aubrys blog, she always has such amazing posts and photographs to go along with those posts.
